What turnover means

Turnover is the total amount you must wager before you can withdraw any winnings from a bonus. It is calculated on your deposit plus the bonus amount, not the bonus alone.

For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, your turnover target is based on RM200. This means you need to place bets totalling a multiple of that combined figure.

Game weighting explained

Not all games count equally towards turnover. Slots usually contribute the full amount of every bet, making them the fastest way to meet the requirement.

Live dealer table games contribute only a fraction of each wager, often 10% or less. Low-odds sportsbook selections, such as heavy favourites, typically contribute nothing at all.

Maximum bet limit

While a bonus balance is active, the platform enforces a maximum bet amount per round. This limit is usually stated in the promotion terms.

If you place a bet larger than the allowed maximum, the site may void your bonus and any winnings earned from it. Always check the limit before playing.

Expiry and forfeiture

Most offers run on a rolling window from the moment the bonus credits to your account. You must complete the turnover requirement before the deadline.

If you fail to finish the turnover in time, the bonus portion is forfeited. Your original deposit remains yours and can be withdrawn or used without restriction.

How to track progress

The lobby shows your remaining turnover in the account settings or under the active bonus tab. This number updates after each qualifying bet.

You can check it at any time using a desktop browser or mobile site. It helps you plan your play and avoid surprises when you try to withdraw.

Deposit and withdrawal methods

Malaysian players can deposit and withdraw using ringgit via e-wallets like Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost, as well as bank transfer and online banking.

DuitNow and FPX are also supported for fast transfers. The same methods are used for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to the platform's processing times.

Language and support

The site is available in both English and Bahasa, making it easy for local players to read terms and navigate the lobby. Customer support also operates in both languages.

If you have questions about a specific bonus, contact support through live chat or email. They can explain the turnover requirements in plain language.

Always read the terms

Every promotion has its own specific rules, including the turnover multiplier, qualifying games, and expiry period. These details are listed on the promotion page.

Before you claim any bonus, take a few minutes to read the full terms. This helps you avoid misunderstandings and ensures you know exactly what is required.
